ORDER: On October 3, 2022, Bayou State Automotive Group, LLC d/b/a Bayou Ford ("Bayou Ford"), filed a Complaint in this Court against New York Marine and General Insurance Company ("New York Marine"), asserting that this Court has diversity jurisdiction over its Hurricane Ida claims under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a)(1). Bayou Ford, however, has failed to adequately allege the citizenship of the parties in the Complaint. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff, Bayou Ford, shall have seven (7) days from the date of this Order to file a comprehensive amended complaint, without further leave of Court, properly setting forth the citizenship particulars of all of the parties, as required to establish that the Court has diversity jurisdiction over this case under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a).
