October 28, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: On October 25, 2022, Plaintiff Bertha Celestin ("Plaintiff") filed a Complaint, asserting that the Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this case based upon 28 U.S.C. 1332, diversity jurisdiction.1 The Complaint, however, fails to adequately demonstrate the requisite amount in controversy to establish diversity jurisdiction. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff, Bertha Celestin, shall have seven (7) days from the date of this Order to file a comprehensive amended Complaint, without further leave of Court, properly demonstrating the amount in controversy as required to establish that the Court has diversity jurisdiction over this case under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a). The comprehensive amended pleading shall include all of Plaintiffs numbered allegations, as revised, supplemented, and/or amended, which will become the operative Complaint in this matter without reference to any other document in the record.
