November 9, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER: On November 1, 2022, Jeremy Justus, Town of Carnegie, and Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group (collectively, "Defendants"), filed a Notice of Removal, asserting that the Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this car accident case based upon 28 U.S.C. 1332, diversity jurisdiction.The Notice of Removal, however, fails to adequately allege the citizenship of the parties. Although Plaintiff has not filed a motion to remand, the Court sua sponte raises the issue of whether it may exercise diversity jurisdiction in this matter.
