ORDER: On November 1, 2022, Jeremy Justus, Town of Carnegie, and Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group (collectively, "Defendants"), filed a Notice of Removal, asserting that the Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this car accident case based upon 28 U.S.C. 1332, diversity jurisdiction.The Notice of Removal, however, fails to adequately allege the citizenship of the parties. Although Plaintiff has not filed a motion to remand, the Court sua sponte raises the issue of whether it may exercise diversity jurisdiction in this matter. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendants, Jeremy Justus, Town of Carnegie, and Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group, shall have seven (7) days from the date of this Order to file a comprehensive amended notice of removal, without further leave of Court, properly setting forth the citizenship particulars of all of the parties and alleging sufficient facts to show the amount in controversy was satisfied at the time of removal, as required to establish that the Court has diversity jurisdiction over this case under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a).
