ORDER: On February 8, 2023, Thomas Bryan and Doris Bryan (collectively, "Plaintiffs") filed a Complaint For Damages in this Court against United Services Automobile Association ("Defendant") based upon damages sustained as a result of Hurricane Ida. In the Complaint, Plaintiffs assert that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction based upon 28 U.S.C. 1332(a)(1), diversity jurisdiction. Plaintiffs, however, have failed to adequately allege the citizenship of the parties.
