ORDER: On April 28, 2023, Hanover Insurance Company ("Hanover") filed a Complaint For Declaratory Judgment in this Court, seeking a declaration of the rights and obligations of the parties under an insurance policy issued by Hanover to defendant, True Homes, LLC. Hanover asserts that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction based upon 28 U.S.C. 1332(a)(1), diversity jurisdiction. Hanover has failed to adequately allege its own citizenship, as there is no allegation regarding Hanover's place of incorporation. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff, Hanover Insurance Company, shall have seven (7) days from the date of this Order to file a comprehensive amended complaint, without further leave of Court, properly setting forth the citizenship particulars of all of the parties, as required to establish that the Court has diversity jurisdiction over this case under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a).
