ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: On July 26, 2023, this Court issued an Order requiring Connie Ramos and Nelson Ramos, Sr. (collectively, "Plaintiffs"), to file a Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1 disclosure statement and to file an amended complaint to adequately allege their own citizenship in order to establish the Court's diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a). (R. Doc. 5). As of the date of this Order, Plaintiffs have failed to file an amended complaint. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall appear telephonically and show cause on Monday, August 7, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. (CST) why they have failed to comply with the Court's July 26, 2023 Order, and why this matter should not be dismissed for lack of diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332.
