ORDER - On August 26, 2023, Plaintiff Rodney Irons ("Plaintiff") filed a Complaint asserting that the Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this case based upon 28 U.S.C. 1332, diversity jurisdiction. The Complaint, however, fails to meet Plaintiff's burden in demonstrating that the requirements for diversity jurisdiction are met. Specifically, Plaintiff fails to demonstrate that the parties are completely diverse, as is required for this Court to have subject-matter jurisdiction over this action.
