The First Amended Complaint, however, fails to adequately allege the citizenship of the parties. While Plaintiff has adequately alleged her own citizenship, she has again failed to properly allege the citizenship of State Farm Insurance Company ("State Farm"). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the First Amended Complaint be STRICKEN from the record for failure to comply with the Court's August 29, 2023 Order.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have five (5) days from the date of this Order to file a disclosure statement pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
