ORDER - In order for this Court to conduct the screening mandated by federal law, IT IS ORDERED that, on or before November 10, 2023, the Warden of the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center produce copies of Mr. Robinson's complete jail file, including, but not limited to, all booking records, all grievance records, and any incident reports concerning an alleged use of force on August 22, 2022. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that copies of those records also be provided to plaintiff for his use in this proceeding.
