ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the #8 First Supplemental and Amending Complaint be STRICKEN from the record because it is not a comprehensive pleading and, instead, refers to deletions, substitutions and/or additions to the original state court Petition for Damages (R. Doc. 1-1). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs, Gary Hoppe and Crystal Hoppe, shall have seven (7) days from the date of this Order to file a comprehensive amended complaint, without further leave of Court, that includes all of Plaintiffs' numbered allegations, as revised, supplemented, and/or amended, and which will become the operative complaint in this matter without reference to any other document in the record. The Court advises Plaintiffs that because the case was removed to this Court on the basis of diversity jurisdiction (R. Doc. #7 ), the amended pleading must properly allege the citizenship of the parties, including the additional defendant Plaintiffs seek to add to this litigation. Further, to properly allege the citizenship of a limited liability company, Plaintiffs must identify each of the members of the limited liability company and then must allege the citizenship of each member in accordance with the requirements of 28 U.S.C. 1332(a) and (c).
