Filing 125 RULING & ORDER granting 124 Motion to Compel; granting Motion for Contempt. Plaintiff, Theresa Martin, shall produce, within 10 days of this Order, those documents listed in Paragraph 3 of the dfts' 108 Motion to Examine Judgment Debtor that has not previously produced. Theresa Martin is held in Contempt of Court and ordered to pay $250.00 in sanctions to the dft's as a result of her conduct. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to F.R.C.P. 37(a)(5)(A), dfts are entitled to an award of the reasonable expenses they incurred in preparing and filing the present motion, and in the connection with that award, the parties are to do the following as stated herein..
