RULING : Plaintiffs' motion for extension of time is denied. Plaintiffs' motion for a new trial is denied. Plaintiffs' motion for a Rule 60(b) motion is denied. RULING : The 6/8/09 ruling of the Magistrate Judge is affirmed. This action shall be dismissed without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and improper joinder. Only an attorney admitted to practice in the MDLA may represent Second Chan ce Academy or any other corporation or company which may want to file suit. Each pla in this action who wishes to assert a claim must file a separate suit, as stated herein. Each pla must pay the required filing fees when filing a new suit.
