RULING regarding 11 MOTION Discharge in Interpleader and for Attorneys' Fees & Costs filed by Amica Life Insurance Company. The Court GRANTS Plaintiff's motion for discharge in interpleader and orders Plaintiff to deposit the proceeds fro m the decedent's life insurance policy, plus any applicable interest, into the Court's registry. The Court also GRANTS Plaintiff's request for attorney's fees in the amount of $2,774.50.
