R.S. § 23:631 is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Hall's claim under La. R.S. § 23:631 is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE and that this matter is REMANDED to the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, Parish of Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana for consideration of Hall's remaining state law claim.
