The issue of Defendant's profits and the damages sustained by Plaintiff is referred to the Magistrate Judge to conduct a hearing, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(b)(2), to determine the amount of monetary profits and damages due to Plaintiff, Imad Faiez Hamdan. Plaintiff Imad Faiez Hamdan is awarded attorney fees pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §1117.
