The issue of Defendant's profits and the damages sustained by Plaintiff is referred to the Magistrate Judge to conduct a hearing, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(b)(2), to determine the amount of monetary profits and damages due to Plaintiff, Imad Faiez Hamdan.
