June 19, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 56 RULING : Morris has failed to demonstrate the pervasiveness and severityof harassment necessary to raise a genuine dispute as to the existence of a hostile work environment, her co-worker sexual harassment hostile work environment claim shall be dismissed. Deborah Morris Title VII and state law claims of coworker sexual harassment hostile work environment are hereby dismissed with prejudice. Judgment shall be entered accordingly.
