(3) Defendant, and all those acting in concert with her, are PRELIMINARILY ENJOINED from terminati ng any of its Medicaid provider agreements with Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast Inc., including, but not limited to, Provider Numbers 91338, 133689, 45802, and 133673. The temporary restraining order will remain in force for fourteen (14) days from the date of its entry unless, pursuant to Rule 65(b)(2), the Court, for good cause shown or with the agreement of the Parties, extends it. A telephone status conference is set for Monday, October 19, 2015, at 2:30 p.m., for the purpose of d iscussing the extension of this order during discovery, setting a scheduling order for discovery, a hearing date for the preliminary injunction, and setting other appropriate cut-offs. Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction will be DEFERRED but remain pending and will be set for a date that will allow the parties adequate time for discovery.
