La Frontera''s m otion to dismiss is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiff''s claims brought under 47 U.S.C. § 605 and 553, subject to La Frontera amending its motion to dismiss, thereby attaching the Exhibit, within 7 days of the issuance of this ruling; granting 14 Motion to Dismiss.
