Filing 19 RULING: The analysis above demonstrates that Plaintiff's claims of reversible error are without merit. The record, considered as a whole, supports the finding that the ALJ applied the proper legal standards and that substantial evidence supports the determination that Plaintiff was not disabled. Accordingly, under sentence four of 42 U.S.C. Section 405(g), the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration denying the application for supplemental security income filed by the plaintiff, Jeremy Robertson, is AFFIRMED and this action is DISMISSED. Signed by Magistrate Judge Erin Wilder-Doomes on 3/28/2019. (EDC) |
