Filing 11 NOTICE AND ORDER: The 8 Ex Parte MOTION to Extend Deadline to Comply with 7 Notice and Order is GRANTED IN PART. The previously set deadlines for the parties to submit memoranda and evidence regarding the amount in controversy are RESET. Defend ants shall file a memorandum and supporting evidence concerning whether the amount in controversy required of 28 U.S.C. 1332 is met on or before 10/25/2017. Plaintiffs shall file either: (1) a memorandum and supporting evidence concerning this Courts subject matter jurisdiction, specifically, whether the amount in controversy required of 28 U.S.C. 1332 is met; or (2) a Motion to Remand, within ten (10) days after the filing of Defendants' memorandum. The Scheduling Conf erence set for 11/16/2017 is CANCELLED. The Court will reset a scheduling conference and issue a new deadline for submission of the parties joint status report if subject matter jurisdiction is established.
