Filing 35 RULING: granting in part and denying in part 17 Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiffs Title VII claim is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE against the individual defendants. M7s motion is DENIED as to PlaintiffsTitle VII claim. Defendants motion is GRANT ED as to Plaintiffs state law claims of defamation and IIED, and these claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
