Filing 31 RULING and ORDER granting in part and denying in part 4 Motion to Dismiss. The motion is GRANTED in that all of Plaintiff's § 1983 claims are dismissed, except for his § 1983 claims against Griffin in his individual capacity for com pensatory and punitive damages for false arrest and excessive force. With respect to Plaintiffs state law claims, the motion is DENIED. Plaintiff is given 28 days in which to amend his complaint to cure the deficiencies therein.
