Filing 70 RULING AND ORDER: The Renewed Rule 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss, (Doc. 63), filed by Defendants Gopinath Gopalam and Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, LLC, is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The motion is DENIED as to Relator's retaliation c laim. In all other respects, the motion is GRANTED, and all other False Claims Act claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Relator shall be given twenty-eight (28) days in which to amend his complaint to cure the above deficiencies. Failure to do so will result in the dismissal of these claims with prejudice.
