ORDER denying without prejudice #3 Motion For Leave to File Intervention, filed by proposed Intervenors, Family Dollar Stores of Louisiana, Inc. and Arch Insurance Company. Through the Motion, proposed intervenors seek to recover workers compensation benefits allegedly paid to Plaintiff. The Motion does not properly identify the citizenship of either of the proposed intervenors, i.e., each proposed intervenors place of incorporation and principal place of business. See Getty Oil, Div. of Texaco v. Ins. Co. of North America, 841 F.2d 1254, 1259 (5th Cir. 1988). Intervention may be reurged by filing a Motion for Leave to Intervene that has a comprehensive, amended Petition for Intervention attached which properly states the citizenship of each of proposed intervenors so that the Court can determine the effect of the proposed intervention on the Court's subject matter jurisdiction.
