ORDER granting #12 Ex Parte Motion to Amend Complaint for Declaratory Judgment filed by Plaintiff HDI Global Specialty SE. As no scheduling order is in place, Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(2) applies, and Plaintiff has shown good cause in support of the amendment. This matter was recently filed and Plaintiff seeks to amend to clarify its relationship to its predecessor, International Insurance Company of Hannover, PLC, whose name appears on some of the insurance policies at issue. Further, Defendant RD&M, Inc. has no opposition to the amendment and no prejudice to Defendant has been shown.
