Filing 68 NOTICE: Thomas Lusco, the principal of Defendant and Third Party Plaintiff Baton Rouge Shrimp Company ("BRSC"), contacted chambers on June 29, 2023 to request additional time to retain counsel in light of the July 4th holiday. As Lusco cannot act in court on behalf of BRSC, but was diligent in requesting the extension, he was verbally granted until July 15, 2023 to enroll counsel in this matter for BRSC. Lusco was advised during the June 20, 2023 hearing that Marcus Technologies, LLC filed a #61 Motion for Summary Judgment on June 15, 2023 in this case and Lusco was advised of the 21-day deadline to respond to the Motion for Summary Judgment, which has now expired. The verbal extension for BRSC to retain counsel implicitly extends the deadline for BRSC to respond to the Motion for Summary Judgment.
