September 14, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 2 RULING AND ORDER: Plaintiff's #1 Complaint, which the Court construes as a Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Temporary Restraining Order, is hereby DENIED. Warden Timothy Hooper and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry shall be served, via CM/ECF and by certified mail, with a copy of this Order which provides each with notice of the plaintiff's request. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, with no case or controversy remaining before the Court, that this action be DISMISSED without prejudice, and that this matter be closed. Since this matter is dismissed without prejudice, should Mr. Reel file a new action after exhausting his administrative remedies, because said filing would be related, the new action shall be reassigned to the undersigned.
