Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is instructed to docket Plaintiff's Amended Complaint for Damages at R. Doc. 10, pp. 3-7 into the record of this matter, which will become Plaintiffs operative Complaint, and to TERMINATE Scott Michelet, originally mis-named as "Scott Mitchell," as a defendant in this action.
