The Clerk of Court shall open a new case pursuant to 1983 (nature of suit 555), for the now-severed claims and docket a copy of this Order in that case.The Clerk of Court shall docket a copy of the Petition in the new case, and that the new case shall be assigned to the same District Judge and Magistrate Judge as this civil rights case.
