ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: The Third-Party Defendants shall show cause, in writing, why this case should not be remanded for lack of diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332. The Third-Party Defendants shall file any memorandum in support of a finding of diversity jurisdiction in this action on or before October 2, 2023. The remaining parties shall file any response on or before October 23, 2023. This Order does not preclude the parties from jointly seeking remand of this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. In addition, this Order does not preclude the filing of a motion for remand based on procedural defects within the time allowed under 28 U.S.C. 1447(c). Show Cause Response due by 10/2/2023.
