ORDER: Plaintiff's 1983 civil rights claims are hereby severed into three separate suits. Plaintiff's claims against defendants Walker and Cain shall remain in the above captioned matter. The Clerk of Court shall open new separate cases pursuant to 1983, for the plaintiff's claims against defendants Cooley and Kerr and Payne respectively and docket a copy of this Order in those cases. Additionally, the Clerk of Court shall reflect on the docket sheet that these two defendants have been named as chaplains Kerr and Payne. The Clerk of Court shall docket a copy of the Complaint in the new cases, and that the new cases shall be assigned to the same District Judge and Magistrate Judge as this civil rights case.
