Filing 51 AMENDED RULING: Before the Court are two Motions for Summary Judgment by Defendants (Docs. 32 & 33 ). The first Motion is made by William E Hilton and Charles F Wagner, and the second by Lisa Hebb. Plaintiff has responded to each of these motions , to which responses Defendants have replied. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants Hilton and Wagner's 32 Motion for Summary Judgment will be GRANTED IN PART, and Defendant Hebb's 33 Motion for Summary Judgment will be GRANTED IN PART.
