Filing 50 MEMORANDUM RULING re 35 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Patrick Dennis. For the reasons set forth in the Memorandum Ruling, plaintiff's motion for summary judgment will be denied and defendant's motion for summary judgment will be g ranted to the extent that the court finds that the policy was not in effect when Hurricane Ike made landfall and thus, plaintiffs are not entitled to benefits pursuant to the SFIP.
