ORDER granting in part 7 Motion to Dismiss. The plaintiffs' claims for Constructive Fraud and violations of the Louisiana's Unfair Trade Practices are dismissed with prejudice, and the plaintiffs' Fraud and Breach of Good Faith and Fair Dealing claims are dismissed with leave to replead. It is further ORDERED that the plaintiffs may file an amended complaint that alleges the specific factual basis for his claims with the Court within 21 days from the date of this Order.
