November 14, 2019	Filing 71 TRIAL OPINION: For the reasons stated, the court finds that Thompson has failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that the Defendant did not provide reasonable medical treatment for the tile incident. The court further finds that Thompson has failed to prove the cervical surgery was related to the tile incident, but Thompson has proven that he suffered an injury caused by the tile falling on his neck.
