ELECTRONIC ORDER. So that we may better understand plaintiff's financial condition, she is to supplement her #2 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis by providing a statement explaining what is the source of the rental payments received by her as stated in paragraph 7, i.e. who pays the rent to her and for what property, and also how much she receives monthly. Plaintiff is also to state whether she continues to receive unemployment benefits and, if so, how much per month. Finally her supplement must state that she has no additional income if that is the case or list other income she has if in fact she has any.Additionally plaintiff is to supplement her #1 Complaint, particularly Section A where she is instructed to describe in her own words the employment practices about which she is complaining. The attachments to the complaint are not sufficient to make clear about what actions in particular she complains. Plaintiff is advised that, if she is given pauperis status, her complaint will be under preliminary review as mandated by 28 U.S.C. Section 1915 to determine, prior to service of the complaint on defendants, whether the complaint is frivolous or malicious; fails to state a claim on which relief may be granted; or seeks monetary relief against a defendant who is immune from such relief. 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(e)(2)(B). We are unable to conduct our review with the information given. No summons is to be issued until preliminary review is complete.
