REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 13 MOTION to Dismiss filed by LA Attorney General, RECOMMENDING plaintiff's claims against Greg Bergeron, Tim Bishop, and the Attorney General of Lou isiana be DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE, in their entirety. REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 17 MOTION to Dismiss filed by TX Attorney General, RECOMMENDING the motion be GRANTED on the basis of lack of in personam jurisdiction, and that plaintiff's claims against said defendant be DISMISSED, WITHOUT PREJUDICE, in their entirety. IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that the motions to dismiss filed by defendant Attorneys General otherwise be DENIED, as moot. IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that plainitff be granted a 30 day extension fo time to perfect service against defendant TGC. Objections to R&R due by 1/30/2009.
