JUDGMENT: For the reasons set forth in this Courts Ruling 66 , and in the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge 57 , adopted by this Court and for those additional reasons set froth in this Courts Ruling, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendants Motion to Dismiss [Doc. No. 50] is GRANTED, and the claims remaining against Defendants LaSalle Management Company, LLC, and Jackson Parish Correctional Center, LLC, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Defendants' 33 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED as to defendants Correctional Officer Broadway and Laura Freeman, and the claims against them are DISMISSED WITHOU T PREJUDICE. The motion is DENIED as to defendants LaSalle Management Company, LLC, and Jackson Parish Correctional Center, LLC, and the claims remain pending.
