ELECTRONIC ORDER granting #6 Motion to Amend/Correct. Given the pro se status of Plaintiff and in the interests of justice, the motion is GRANTED, and the amended pleading is filed in the record. In light of the amendment, the Notice of Motion Setting on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is VACATED. No later than January 27, 2023, Defendants should file either (1) a motion to withdraw the Motion to Dismiss, (2) a supplemental memorandum in support of their Motion to Dismiss, or (3) a notice/memorandum that the amendment does not affect the arguments contained in their Motion to Dismiss and no supplementation is necessary.
