Filing 4 ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. The #1 Complaint is STRICKEN from the record and this case is closed. It is also ordered that Plaintiff pay sanction fees in Case No. 22-cv-917 in the amount of $250.00 (two hundred fifty dollars) to the Clerk of Court before being allowed to file a new suit. The Clerk of Court is directed not to accept any new suits from Plaintiff until the sanction is paid in full. Plaintiff must first seek permission from the Chief Judge to file any new suit and the Chief Judge must specifically authorize in writing that Plaintiff can file a new suit whether it is submitted, transferred or removed to this Court.
