Filing 72 MEMORANDUM RULING: Based on the foregoing analysis, the defendants' motion for summary judgment 50 is GRANTED and Williams's claims against the defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The court finds there is no genuine dispute as to any material fact with regard to any of Williams' claims against either of the defendants. The defendants' motion to strike 63 is DENIED as moot.
