Filing 16 MEMORANDUM RULING: For the reasons stated herein, it is the finding of the Court that Tonya Lambert was properly named as a Defendant in this case. As Lambert's presence destroys the requirement of complete diversity, this Court no longer has subject matter jurisdiction over the instant case. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion to Remand [Doc.#10] is hereby GRANTED. This case is hereby REMANDED to the First Judicial District Court in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. Signed by Judge Donald E Walter on 8/6/2012. (crt,Putch, A) |
