June 26, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 80 MEMORANDUM RULING: Before the court is a second 67 Motion to Dismiss, seeking to dismiss all of the plaintiffs' claims against it. For the reasons set forth herein, the court finds that the plaintiffs have pled sufficient facts in their amen ded complaint to state a cause of action against Primus.
