MEMORANDUM RULING granting in part and denying in part 31 Motion for Summary Judgment. As to Defendant's motion for summary judgment on Plaintiffs due process claim, the Defendant's Motion is GRANTED and that claim is DISMISSED with prej udice. As to Defendant's motion for summary judgment on Plaintiff's claim under the Police Officers Bill of Rights, the Defendant's Motion is GRANTED and that claim is DISMISSED with prejudice. As to Plaintiff's claim under Louisi anas whistle blower statute, the Defendant's Motion is GRANTED and that claim is DISMISSED with prejudice.
