Filing 5 MEMORANDUM ORDER: It is Ordered that the 1 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, be GRANTED IN PART to the extent that the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Department and Louisiana Department of Corrections are enjoined from enforcing the hair cut policy with respect to Plaintiff's dreadlocks and from taking any punitive action against Plaintiff for continuing to wear dreadlocks. This Order will remain in effect for 14 days from the date and time the Order is entered as set forth below, unless extended by the Court for good cause shown.
