MEMORANDUM ORDER regarding #15 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney. The motion is granted. John O. Hayter, III, Lauren Hayter Reynolds, and their law firm are withdrawn as counsel for Cercontec L L C and Kerry Williams. Kerry Williams is strongly encouraged to retain new counsel and granted until 1/8/2019 to either enroll new counsel or file a written statement that he intends to represent himself. Cercontec L L C may only appear through counsel. Accordingly, it must enroll new counsel by 1/8/2019. If it fails to do so, its Answer may be stricken and a default judgment may be entered against it. The clerk is directed to mail a copy of this Order to each Defendant separately at the address shown in the Motion to Withdraw (7505 Pines Road, Ste. 1190, Shreveport, Louisiana 71129) and make an entry on the docket sheet regarding the separate mailing to each Defendant.
