ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that to the extent that Demouchette seeks permission to file this Habeas Corpus petition, such permission is hereby DENIED for failure to comply with prior orders of this Court. The Clerk is therefore directed to close this case. IT IS ALSO ORDERED that Demouchette pay all sanction amounts previously ordered by this court and seek approval for future filings of ANY nature.
