August 14, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 6 MEMORANDUM ORDER: Dennis Johnson (Plaintiff), who is self-represented, filed a complaint to appeal a decision by the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration to deny disability benefits. This order is issued to explain to Plaintiff the obligations that must be met to obtain a decision from the court.
