MEMORANDUM ORDER: Kareem Abdul Johnson (Plaintiff), who is self-represented, filed this civil action against EAN Holdings, LLC. His recent motion for service by U.S. Marshal was granted, and he was given instructions on completion of paperwork for service. Plaintiff returned the paperwork, but it contains errors. Plaintiff submitted with his service papers a new complaint that lists EAN as the defendant in the caption but lists only CT as a defendant in the body of the pleading. Plaintiff's summons papers also indicate that CT is a defendant. In the interest of efficiency, the clerk of court is directed to prepare the service papers for service on EAN. Upon completion of the necessary paperwork, the clerk of court is directed to transmit the papers to the U.S. Marshal for an attempt at service.
