ORDER denying 19 Motion to Amend/Correct. The request to amend to add claims under the Fair Housing Act, the Clayton Act, and RICO is denied as frivolous. Plaintiff has no such claims under the facts alleged in her Amended Complaint. In light of the fact that Plaintiff says she has been paranoid and very stressed (Para. 18), the court suggests that Plaintiff visit with defense counsel to try to resolve this case. Part of that should be to work with Defendant to allow them to remove any equipment that Plaintiff contends is outside of a proper right-of-way or servitude.
